“What dry pasta do you use?”
is one of the questions we hear from our guests.
The producer is called “Mancini Pastificio Agricolo” from Le Marche region in central Italy.. Every Mancini product bears a logo that signals compliance with “Good Agricultural Practices (Buona Pratica Agricola)” for environmental sustainability and the highest quality raw materials. The pastas are bronze extruded because bronze increases both the porousness and roughness of the pasta’s surface and thus its ability to retain the sauce.
We now offer
spaghetti and
mezze maniche (short rigatoni)
for you to cook at home.
$5.50/17.6 oz bag
Both are available for purchase at Munno and through our online ordering system for delivery and pick-up.
